Backing up and restoring Recorded Programs in Win 7 Media Center

This has to be the simplest yet, after jumping through hoops to get my schedule back in Win 7…all that needs to be done is a copy of the .dvr-ms or .wtv files be placed into the Recorded TV folder set up in Media Center, and the next time you go to Recorded TV they all appear!
